i found one minor detail slightly inconvenient. there was only one small elevator servicing all floors. this caused waits, particularly during busy times.

my suite had designer features throughout. the welcome package included sparkling wine and delicious cookies with a special note. the rooftop bar had great bar snacks. beef tar tar was amazing!!!

there is only one lift for everyone. it is a nightmare to get to the restaurant for food or breakfast. the staff were quite obnoxious and rude. it did not feel cute at all. they were very cold and not at all warm.

The location was really central. it made getting around very easy. breakfast offered many options and was served on the rooftop. The rooftop views were a real plus. my room had modern amenities and the staff were attentive to requests. i found the experience very streamlined.

The elevator service was slow. There was often a wait. the room i had was not as spacious as i anticipated. the check-in process took longer than expected, about 15 minutes.
